Hey, I'm Rosa. I am the founding designer at Great Things, Design Co.
I'm a proud native of the Bronx, New York. I have a deep passion for the arts, captivating stories, and the timeless charm of film photography. After gaining experience working for large agencies and corporate companies, I decided to chart my own path and help to reshape industries to be more eco-conscious, community-driven and inclusive in both audience and ownership. A big aspect of my work lies in creating brand personalities, visual identities, and brand strategies for small and growing businesses. The other part of my work is making sure they have the tools and resources they need to grow sustainably.

As a native of the Bronx (New York), she grew up immersed in culturally rich and diverse communities, which sparked her deep appreciation for the unique stories of everyone she met. It was this that drew her to the arts, where she discovered that behind every grain of black-and-white photography and every brushstroke was an untold story.
After years of working for large agencies and corporate companies, Rosa turned her focus to small, growing, and diverse businesses, helping them create their visual identities. She then expanded her offerings to include brand personalities, enriching the stories behind the visuals. Later, she added brand strategy to her repertoire, guiding businesses toward sustainable growth. Rosa strives to be a catalyst for change and a genuine supporter of the businesses she helps, aiming to create a more connected and diverse world.
